| Q: How do I send faxes? |
Using the SA Domain FaxMail System, you have two methods for sending faxes at your disposal:
Method 1 : FaxMail Printing Driver
This method requires that you download the FaxMail Driver from our website and install it on your machine. Once installed you will have a new "virtual" printer available on your computer which can be configured with your fax account. This means that you can print from any document directly to your fax and send it digitally through the internet.
PLEASE MAKE SURE TO DOWNLOAD OUR USER GUIDE FOR DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS
ON HOW TO UTILISE BOTH THESE METHODS
Method 2 : Email 2 Fax
Simply create a new e-mail with the subject line containing your username, password and the fax number you wish to send to. Attach files to the message for faxing or type your fax in the body of the message. Once ready you can send the e-mail to mail2fax@data2data.co.za and the FaxMail service will convert the message and send it as a fax to the destined party. |
