You have insufficient FaxCredits or you have not purchased FaxCredits to be able to send out faxes. You will need to log into the FaxMail site to topup your account and gain access to this feature. |

| Fax machine not ready/Invalid number (drop [0]) |
The destination Fax machine may need to be set to receive faxes, otherwise you may have entered the number incorrectly. Remember you need to drop the zero (0) in the area code of the number when sending a fax. |
| Destination No Answer |
The destination Fax machine did not answer. |
| Destination Line Busy |
The destination line is busy please try again later. |
| Unknown Error please try again |
An unknown error occurred, it is recommended that you confirm with the recipient whether the fax arrived or just retransmit your fax. |
| The destination fax machine failed |
The destination fax machine had a connection error. |
